CLICK & DONE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

CLICK&DONE is suitable to install in any area, residential or commercial, above or below grade. It does not require under-pad. Click&Done is engineered for installation over radiant heat.

SUITABLE SUBFLOORS

Any surface that is flat and hard such as concrete, plywood, particle board, existing vinyl etc. Subfloor must be even within 1/8" over 6'.

FLOOR PREPARATION

The surface must be flat to within 1/8”(3mm) over 4 feet(1200mm). Cracks and holes must be filled with “Floorpatch” or equivalent. The surface must be exempt of dirt, oil, glue residue etc.

When installing in a condominium project that requires high noise suppression between floors, you can use 3mm or even 6mm cork, We recommend using cork panels (as opposed to rolls) and gluing them down on the concrete. Leave 1/8’ between panels for expansion. Then proceed with your Click & Done installation

INSTALLATION

Start along the longest wall with the tong facing away from the wall with-wise and the groove facing away from the wall length-wise. Remove the lower part of the groove facing the wall. Position the plank snug against the wall.

Use a straight-edge and utility knife to cut the planks. A miter saw or laminate cutter can also be used.

Click the next plank by inserting the groove into the tongue at a 45° angle and press into place. When you get to the end of the room, measure the plank and cut to fit snug against the wall. If the left-over piece is more than 6” (15cm) use it to start the next row. Make sure the joints are staggered a minimum of 6” (15cm).

When you reach the last row, cut to fit snug against the wall.

MAINTENANCE

Clean regularly with a damp mop with a vinyl flooring cleaner such as Once&Done from Armstrong. Do not use excessive water. Always use felt pads under furniture.

LIFETIME RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY

Our Lifetime Residential Limited Warranty for CLICK&DONE means that for as long as you own your house, from the date of purchase, your floor will be free from manufacturing defects and will not wear through or permanently stain from common household products when installed and maintained according to instructions supplied with each carton. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for all claims. The guarantee is for replacement or refund of the vinyl planks only, no labor. Claims for wear must show a minimum dime size area. High-heeled shoes, rolling carts, furniture and chairs without protective pads can damage the floor and are not covered by this warranty. If you wish to file a claim under this warranty, contact the authorized dealer where the flooring was purchased.

LIFETIME WATER DAMAGE WARRANTY

Our Lifetime Water Damage Warranty for CLICK&DONE means that as long as you own your home, CLICK&DONE will not be damaged by surface water.or water infiltration trough the subfloor. This warranty does not cover damages to the subfloor or any other consequences of extended water presence between CLICK&DONE and the subfloor such as rotting or mildew.

15-YEAR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

Our 15 Year Limited Commercial Warranty for Click&Done means that for fifteen years, from tthe date of purchase, your floor will be free from manufacturing defects and will not wear through when installed and maintained according to instructions supplied with each carton. This guarantee applies only to the original end user and proof of purchase is required for all claims. The guarantee is for replacement or refund of the material only, no labor. Claims for wear must show a minimum dime size area. High-heeled shoes, rolling carts, furniture and chairs without protective pads can damage the floor and are not covered by this warranty.
